Understanding what is refurbishment
Refurbishment is the decorating and cleaning of a building. Refurbishing a building means making cosmetic renovations such as decorations, alterations or carrying out any major work repairs.
What are the major differences between refurbishment and renovation?
Although both terms are often used interchangeably, the main difference between the two is that renovation often involves restoring or repairing structure to a building or space in order to return it to a good or improved condition; while renovation usually involves retrofitting, equipment and cleaning.
