Aesthetics, or aesthetics, is a philosophical branch that deals with the philosophy of art as well as the essence of beauty and taste. Subjective and sensori-emotional principles are discussed, or also called judgments of feeling and taste.
We are able to deliver a wide variety of finishes that are made using the highest quality of materials and assembled by our team of professional tradesmen to fit all tastes and budgets. We have the skills and services available to deliver the exact look & feel you like, whether it’s handmade wood, contemporary glass, stone flooring or an engineered stainless steel finish.
In compliance with the current regulations and requirements, the use of energy efficient lighting and replacement of car and landing fixtures & fittings can also boost the lift, providing a new, clean & fresh appearance.
In order to obtain a smooth or textured surface, rendering is the process of applying cement mixture to external, or often internal, walls. It is similar to plastering in terms of technique.
Render has waterproofing and fire rating qualities, but for aesthetic purposes it is often used. In countries across Europe, especially around the Mediterranean, it is very common.
Cement, sand, lime, and water are the main components of the converters – 6 parts sand, 1 part cement and 1 part lime is a typical mix ratio used for rendering. It is possible to use any general purpose cement, but the sand should be fine and clean of impurities. For the top layer, coarser sand is commonly used as the base layer and slightly finer sand.
Additives that assist in bonding or slowing the drying process, as well as pigments that adjust the colour depending on the cosmetic requirements, can be included in the mix. A smoother texture can be applied to the render by adding lime, improving its elasticity and making it less likely to crack after drying.
