Aluminium

Aluminium, the 13 element in the periodic table, is a silvery-white metal. One interesting fact about aluminium is that it is the most common metal on Earth, accounting for over 8% of the central mass of Earth. After oxygen and silicon, it’s also the third most common chemical element on our planet.

At the same time, pure aluminium does not exist in nature because it easily combines with other elements. This is why, relatively recently, people have heard about it. In 1824, aluminium was officially manufactured for the first time and it took people about fifty years to learn how to manufacture it on an industrial scale.

Aluminium sulphates are the most widespread type of aluminium found in nature. These are minerals which combine two sulphuric acids: one is based on alkaline metal (lithium, sodium, rubidium potassium or caesium) and one is based on metal, mainly aluminium, from the third group of the periodic table.

To this day, aluminium sulfites are used in drinking water, cooking, pharmacy, cosmetology, the pharmaceutical industry and other industries. Aluminium, by the way, received its name from aluminium sulphate, which was called alumen in Latin.

In addition to being clean and energy effective, they are highly efficient in reducing noise and reducing noises from outside. There are three aluminium window weather seals in each aluminium window to avoid draughts and leaks and keep water and air tight in the windows.

Our bi-folding aluminium doors are state-of-the-art sliding doors and are rapidly becoming the chosen option for homeowners and building companies alike. With the number one colour on the popularity list being an anthracite grey aluminium bifold door.
